Marquee Privacy Policy

Effective September 7, 2026

The Marquee app talks to your Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby server. We do not collect, sell, or see your media-library data.

What stays on your device

• Your media server address
• Your authentication token
• The profile currently in use

Your watch state lives on your media server. Marquee does not keep a copy.

What Marquee connects to

• Your media server on the local network or at the address you provide
• plex.tv when you use Plex PIN sign-in

Analytics and accounts

Marquee has no analytics, advertisements, cookies, or Marquee account. We do not operate servers that store your media library.

Beta signup email

If you join the beta through this website, we collect the email address you provide and store it with Resend, our email service provider. We use it only for Marquee beta, launch, and product updates. You can unsubscribe from any email or ask us to remove your address.
